L'Officiel Monaco: a cover and two stories

Amir Agaev, a fashion and jewellery photographer and videographer based in Dubai, has two stories in L'Officiel Monaco from 2025: the Jatual Paris high-jewellery story with the July 2025 cover, and a December 2025 portrait feature on Taylor Ping. Both were shot in Dubai.
Jatual Paris, July 2025
Jatual Paris is a high-jewellery house rooted in Place Vendôme. L'Officiel Monaco ran the story “Jatual Paris: A New Era of High Jewellery” online on 6 July 2025, in its jewellery & watches section, and in the July 2025 print issue. Amir photographed the cover and the series.
The online credits list two teams. Amir is the photographer of Team 2, with stylists Sofia Shved and Irina Konovalova and make-up and hair by Tanya Ginza; the print opener carries the same credits.
How it was shot
The frames are close beauty portraits on pastel backgrounds. The camera stays close: the pieces sit next to skin, at the scale they are worn. The article describes them as lightweight, secure and comfortable, and the close framing keeps the attention on the jewellery rather than the set. The cover shows a model in a teal dress.
Taylor Ping, December 2025
On 10 December 2025 L'Officiel Monaco published “Taylor Ping: Reclaiming Roots, Redefining Ecosystems” in its Women section, a feature shot in Dubai. The opening image is a red strapless gown on draped pink satin. The result
Two stories in one international title within a year, one of them with a cover. Both are live on lofficielmonaco.com with the photographer credit. More frames from the Jatual Paris shoot are in the project gallery, and the approach is the same one Amir brings to jewellery photography for brands in Dubai.
